Complete a KS2 form and give this to your employer.

It is the employee’s obligation to let their employer know that they are a KiwiSaver member by completing and KS2 form for their new employer.

On receipt of the KS2 form from the employee, the employer starts deductions based on the contributions nominated on the KS2 form.

Where an employee is not a KiwiSaver member, the employer must automatically enrol them.
