Pamela enjoys working with clients from all backgrounds and ages and helping them in their journey towards retirement. She finds writing content for Certus’ quarterly newsletters a continuing learning experience in the Finance and Insurance industry.
Pamela holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and worked in investments and insurance companies in NZ and Australia where she gained experience in investment banking, finance, insurance, mortgages and charitable trusts as well as exposure to the NZ Government’s Export Market Development Grants.

Amy Chen is a new Life and Health insurance adviser at Certus Financial Group. She came to New Zealand over 20 years ago and went to high school and university in Christchurch. Amy worked for Spark in Christchurch for six years, mainly in customer service and support. Following this, Amy worked as a part-time admin for Interflora.
Because of her husband's work, Amy moved from Christchurch to Auckland more than two years ago. She enjoys being a financial adviser because it provides opportunities for growth and more importantly, helps people make good decisions that are important to their lives.
Amy finds the role challenging but at the same time, rewarding. She is looking forward to this journey.

She worked in a bank head office in the UK for more than 10 years where she worked in Fraud, Client services, and ISA’s.
Robyn really enjoy helping others. While problems can be similar, each client sees things differently, and working with them is a unique experience. She takes satisfaction knowing she is able to solve a problem or complete a request and clients are grateful. Robyn also likes facing challenges to improve relationships with clients.

Vanessa has an ardent love for life and many hobbies, interest in nature, snowboarding, cooking and enjoying spending the weekends with friends.

Helen is the Compliance and Finance Manager for Certus Financial Group coordinating and managing the compliance programme for the group. Helen gained her BBS from Massey University and with wide experience at senior management level in the corporate services arena, she brings extensive business experience to the group.

Helen is also a trained financial mentor assisting clients to work towards a more sustainable financial future and is on the Hobsonville Point Community Grants committee. In her spare time, and the reason she and her husband moved from Wellington is to spend time with her grandsons and the wonderful outdoors of her neighbourhood.
